Refund policy

At Peach and Loom, each product is carefully inspected and packaged before shipping. Due to the delicate and personal nature of our textiles (such as towels, robes, and blankets), we only accept returns or exchanges with the conditions listed below:

  • The product arrives damaged or defective, or

  • You received the wrong item.

To request a return under these conditions, please contact us at support@peachandloom.com within 7 days of delivery with:

  1. Your order number, and

  2. Clear photos showing the issue.

Once reviewed, we’ll notify you if your claim is approved for replacement or refund.
Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging to qualify.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and fabric-integrity reasons, we cannot accept returns for:

  • Used or washed textiles

  • Custom or discounted items

  • Gift cards

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at support@peachandloom.com.
