Shipping policy

At Peach and Loom, every order is packed with care in our Georgia studio. We do our best to process and ship your items quickly while ensuring they are safely packaged to protect our delicate, natural-fiber textiles.

1. Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 2–3 business days after payment is confirmed. During holidays or new collection launches, processing may take slightly longer. We’ll notify you if there are any unexpected delays.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and package weight.
We currently ship within the United States with UPS.

  • Standard Shipping (UPS Ground Saver): 2-7 business days after dispatch

  • Expedited Shipping (UPS 2nd day air): 2–3 business days after dispatch

3. Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email. Please note it may take up to 24 hours for tracking information to update after dispatch.

4. Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses

Please double-check your shipping address during checkout. We cannot be responsible for packages returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address. If a package is returned to us, additional shipping fees may apply to resend it.

5. Damaged or Lost Packages

Peach and Loom is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier or our team directly to file a claim. 

6. International Shipping

We currently ship within the United States only. If you are located outside the U.S. and would like to purchase our products, please contact us — we may be able to accommodate international orders on a case-by-case basis.
